Claw looked at Nygone "take care of yourself I can't come with you but I hope the best for you" he padded over to her and licked her cheek and ran over to join Ebony. "So where we headed now my vicious attacker?" he asked playfully. He looked back at Nygone leaving he was sure she would be fine.
(you leaving from this thread or are they all going their separate ways or what im confused lol)

Ebony glanced back at Claw, who had left Nygone. She was a bit amazed. He kept following her even though she had been vicous. She growled a bit. "Out of here. To the city.." At first she acted vile. Then she slowly looked over yo Claw. "You chose to follow me.." She rose a eyebrow. "Tell me..why?" Her boicr became more calm.

Nygones ears drooped. She looked at the two walking away. "what do I do?" she touched the place where Claw had licked her. "Occo will find me either way." a tear formed in her eye. "I have a better chance if I'm not alone...better to die with friends then with nobody..." her blue eyes hardened. "I can't keep running." she got to her paws and ran after Claw and Ebony. They looked to be to her a bit ahead, but she could catch up.

He looked at Ebony "I chose you because....." he looked back at Nygone who came running after them. He smiled lightly "nice to see that you joined us again" he said as he gave her another lick on the cheek. He noticed a tear by her eye "what's wrong?" he tilted his head looking at her curiously.

Ebony's ears perked up. She, of course, didn't get her answer. Since Nygone came along, she probably would never get her answer. She quickly paced ahead. She didn't know where to go at this point. She never thought she would be here. She looked back at Nygone and Claw. She saw Claw give that thing a lick on the cheek. Shee wat hed him give Nygone one. She sighed and slowly walked ahead. "It was too good to be true.."

Claw nodded "alright" he thenturned his attetion to Ebony. He sped up to catch up with her "so do you know where we go from here?" he said looking at her. He noticed her facial expression he could tell something was troubling her. "What's on your mind?" he asked whispered to her to make sure their conversation stayed private.

Ebony slowly looked foward. Then she looked at Claw. "Um.." Why was she so hesitant to speak. She had always been a good speaker. Never hesitating. She looked ahead. "We'll just keep going straight. It has to lead somewhere..It won't keep running on the desert." She looked down. "Nothing..I'm fine..so go back there with your..mate." She sped up.

Nygone's ears shot up. (OMG, did she really just say that?) her fur puffed out, feeling offended for a moment, but she relaxed. (hey, nothing stupid in that sentance.)

Claw brushed up against Ebony "Nygone's not my mate she is like my sister to me I don't have a mate" he said calmly. He didn't know she felt jealous about him just being nice to Nygone. He nodded and smurked he then licked Ebony's cheek "don't worry" he smiled and padded ahead of both of them.

Nygone cocked her head. (Occo killed my family....and my relatives. Is it possible someone else got away, this time, someone he didn't catch running? Someone he thought was dead....) she shook her head. (no. He said "like a sister".)
(wouldn't that be cool if they were long-lost relatives or siblings?)

Ebony sighed a bit and then her eyes widened as Claw licked her. 'Like a sister?' She thought to herself. Then she looked back at Nygone. 'Are they related? They look like it..' She looked back to Claw. "And..also..I'm not trying to seem pushy or anything..but.." She looked at them both. "We need to speed it up a little..Occo could be catching up to us.." She then padded faster than before. She couldn't shake the fact that they were being followed.

Claw nodded softly "well we better keep moving then" he said speeding up. He looked at Ebony he could tell something was on her mind but he knew she wouldn't tell him so he kept to himself. He looked back at Nygone's markings he wondered if they were really related.
(haha they might be related just let things play out ;D)

Nygone sped up to keep in step. Her rip had thankfully stopped aching. The sand sprayed behind her as she ran. (Occo won't have tracks to follow.... I hope his nose faults again.) she renembered the time when Occo had mistaken her scent with another's, a mistake that most likely had saved her life as she hid from him, half-alive. That was the worst fight she'd ever been in.
