A grey blur flew across the night of the desert where sand was kicked up to form what looked like clouds of dust. His fur shone as the moonlight broke through the cloud of sand. It revealed what looked like mysterious markings on his body that formed over time. His left eye glimmered silverish in which he couldn't see through. A scar covered that eye to reveal that he became blind from a rough fight. He trailed the sand to keep on moving, as he came to a large sand dune where he didn't notice and fell to the bottom. There he lay still and motionless.

Nygone loped around the sand dunes, sticking to the shadows at their bases, avoiding having light hit her fur. A small beam rippled across her as she ran, revealing for a moment some of the spiraling reflective markings on her flanks. She detected a distant thump as another wolf fell down a dune. " strange..... I thought this desert was empty...." she mumured. She had entered the desert to seek refuge against not other wolves hate, but their fear. Many loners called her the Silver Ghost because of the way her coat shimmered and rippled when light played across its grey surface, liluminating some of her odd markings. The loners seemed terrified of even the mention of her, and she didn't understand why. " I was born to hide in shadows..." she murmured the words the strange wolf had spoken to her in a dream. " I'm not good I'm not evil I just do what I think is right."

The dark brown wolf ran across the desert, kicking up sand behind her feet. She liked the desert for one reason only. Most wolves will die out here. She loved the thought of another wolf dying. It kept her going in the desert. "Hehehe...." She let the sun hit her black highlights, making them look more shiny. Then she slid to a stop, causing dust to go infront of her. She sniffed. Then her deep blue eyes became darker and she felt happy. "More wolves are here..more to die! Hehe!" She calmed down and decided to go to one wolf at a time. Then she stopped at a dune and pushed off of the dune and landed infront of a male wolf. He was laying there. Ebony smirked. "Interesting..can't even handle the desert.."

Nygone detected the scent of another wolf. she lept to the top a dune, forgetting about the light. she spotted the male wolf at the bottom of the dune, and female standing over him. A growl started in her throat. the female did not look friendly. the sunlight hit her fur and was refracted in a million directions. she took and step forward and crouched, ready to attack.

A black wolf and his small gang of four had layed down at rest under a stray tree in the middle of the desert. Dominic, Alicia, Jake, and Jagged Lightning (A.K.A. Jag) were sprawled out panting from the heat when they saw first a grey whisp of a wolf fall in a sand dune. Next came another ghostly figure of a wolf jabbering to herself. Idiot, Dominic thought.

Ebony slowly gazed upon the male wolf. She looked at his scars. "Hmph." Then she looked around. She slowly knelt down and sniffed the wolf. "I am gonna have fun with this one.." She smirked, knowing another wolf was here. "How stupid do you think I am?.." She turned and looked at the she-wolf behind her. Then she growled. "You know it's not nice to be sneaking up on wolves like me.." She sat down and licked her paws. "What? Is this guy your friend?" She said, pointing her snout to the unconcious wolf.

The grey wolf growled as he awoke from his unconscious state. His blind eye was the first eye to open before he stood up. "What's going on here?" he growled. His expression was blank as he looked at the two she-wolves next to him. He then noticed a couple more wolves off in the distance dying out.

Dominic flicked his ears and swayed his tail. His group got the message and rose. They all padded to were the two female wolves seemed to be arguing. "Well, well, well, what do we have here?" He smiled evily. "Anything I can do to help?" He growled sarcasticly.

Nygone growled. A single swish of her tail could blind all these retards, but something inside her told her that's was not the right thing to do. " no, there is nothing you can help with." she growled. Turning back to the she-wolf, she walked forward untill she was inbetween her and the downed male.

Alicia growled at Dominic. "Oh please, you are such an idiot!" She stepped infront of him an bent down to sniff the unconciouse male. "Unlike my mate, I would like to help." She looked at the other wolf.

Ebony noticed the male awake. She also saw more wolves step in between her and the other female. "Hm? Help? Tch! Why in the hell would all of you wolves be out here anyway?" She growled and looked around. She then looked at the male wolf. "..I am leaving." She pushed off of her feet and landed on more sand. She called down to the others. "This desert will kill all of you..and when it does, I will be there to spit on your bodies.." She swished her tail back and forth in a slow yet sexy way.

Rage flew threw Nygone, but she remained calm. " I do what I think is right." she whispered. " I did the right thing." she glared at the black she-wolf. "we will see who ends up dead in the end." she turned away and eyed the others suspiciously. " are you trying to cause trouble? You better scamper if you are."

Alicia's temper got the best of her. "Fine then. If you don't want any help leave this wolf to die, why should I care?!" She stormed off up the sand dune. Dominic scowled after her. "Ugh. Females..." he felt he had no choice but to follow his mate. He slowly walked up the hill with his two males behind him. "Why would you ever want to help a wolf anyway?" he questioned Alicia. Jake chucked. "Cuz she don't know whatelse to do!" Him and Jagged Lghtning shared an evil chuckle. Dominic cracked a smile and padded off towards the city.

Nygone turned around and looked at the downed male wolf. "Are you okay?" she asked, her fur still fluffed up from the encounter, the silvery markings winking in and out of sight with every breath she took.

The male watched as the black she-wolf padded away then he turned to the silver she-wolf next to him. "Thank you" he said with a slight nod before he ran after the black she-wolf. He didn't care about any of the wolves but he wanted to mess with them. His markings flashed as he ran with each step he took.
