Nygone shook her head. " I'm not hungrey right now. Thanks for the offer though." she shifted to get her paws tucked in more comfortably. "I just need rest...."

Far away, Occo awoke. In rage, he stamped around, howling furiously. How many times would be have to try!

Ebony sighed and then she plopped down in the distance. She sniffled, as a dust hit her face. Then she looked at the ground. Not a thing was there to eat. She growled a little, then she sniffed. Her head rose up and she looked in the distance. She could smell a faint scent of wolf. She raised an eye brow. "Hm?"

Claw had felt a sudden chill "Nygone! Ebony! We need to keep moving now!" he growled. He had a bad feeling that something dangerous was approaching quickly. He knew all of them were in no shape to withstand another fight with a rogue enemy. He shook the sand fron his fur "we must move quickly now" he said moving on.

Nygone scrambled up, wincing slightly. "what is it?" she was still drowsy. Running after Claw, she shook her sleepyness away. "is Occo back?" she was terrified of the very thought. "he can't be."

Ebony's ears perked up. "I'm coming...hold on." She kicked up sand behind theem, to make their scent faint. "There..now we can go." She quickly padded ahead. She didn't like helping them, but she didn't want to fight on a empty stomach. She would surely loose. She shook her head and looked ahead.

Nygone shut out the pain in her side and followed after Ebony. She was determined to get out of this barren place.

"Does anyone know where the closest place for help would be?" Claw asked looking backwards at the two wolves. He could tell they were all tired and hungry. He knew that the monster they faced was furious and hot on their trail. He closed his eyes and traced the scar above his blind eye.

Ebony sighed in anger. She turned back towards the other direction. "Cowards run..if we keep running he will follow. Then it wil just be a game of tag. I'm not running. I am gonna stay and kill him. Alone or not." She slowly paced towards the way that Occo was coming.

Nygone shook her head. "not if we loose him. Besides, I don't think he's going to follow. He knows I'm with you guys." he trailed off. "he'll just wait a bit untill I'm alone again..."

Claw shook his head "doesn't matter we all need food and assitance because I don't plan to make this desert my grave" he growled. He looked up at the clear sky sith the sun shining brightly overhead "its around noon so we need to make some distance" he looked around. He then took a deep breath letting the dry air enter his senses, he could smell something odd off in the distance "there's probably a town nearby I smell something weird" he said softly.

Nygone opened her mouth and let the air flow through. "there's smoke on the wind." she closed her eyes, thinking hard. "if we go towards the smoke smell, it will make it harder for Occo to track us." she breathed deeply. "its not too far if we keep a good pace."

Ebony looked at them both. What were ghey doing? Sniffing in things. Making the plans to go where and when. She snored a bit and then growled through her teeth. "Sorry..but I'm in no position to follow any one's nose. I have to go by instinct. What you two smell could just be an illusion." She looked to her right and then walked towards another direction.

Nygone shrugged. "I'm going this way. You can go wherever you want." she never liked Ebony much anyways. Turning back, she inhaled the faint scent. (I might as well go.) she thought, then remembered Bone. (I can't leave him.)
