Flame cocked his head. "that name sounds familiar." he remembered and inwardly winced. (eegh. That's the wolf I beat up to get him to guide me across the desert.)
Comet quickly hind in the darkest part of the hollow. (maybe they'll think the pup was lying if they can't see me.)

Magnolia sniffed the air, then she sniffed the whole. She did smell another wolf's scent, it was faint but you could still smell it.
"He said that lots of wolves eat pups..." Cobalt said.

Magnolia looked at the hole then turned back to Flame. "I'm not entirely sure, should we just leave him there?" She thought for a moment. "Although, he might be a threat to the pups and our well-being, so should we chase him out of our territory?"

Comet winced. (whywhywhywhywhy?) he poked his head out from under the shadows. "do you promise not to hurt me?"
