Liliana slept soundly in her den. It was a cool autumn day. The leaves were turning color, the days were gradually getting shorter, and the days were getting cooler. She woke up and slowly walked outside of her den. All the trees were a beautiful, orange, yellow, gold, and crimson colors. A few leavers still had a little green on them. She sat in front of the entrance to her den. She looked up in the sky and noticed a orange leave floating down from the tree above her. It landed right beside her paw. More trees started to float down and they started to land on her. She shook her gray brown pelt until all the leaves were gone and on the ground. Liliana shivered as a cool wind blew threw her pelt.

Blaze pricked his ears at Lilanas pawsteps. He let his ears drop and sighed.

Liliana still sat in the front of her den before getting up and stretching. She started to quietly pad away from the camp until she reached the entrance of the forest. She paused and looked down at her paws. Her eyes showing no happiness or excitement for once. Her eyes looked somber and almost teary. She looked up at the tree tops then back down at her paws before starting to walk to a nearby stream which was just a little north. She started to think to herself. Why am I feeling this way? I belong to a pack and I have a mate. What more could I want? Maybe, I just need sometime to warm up to Blaze... Once she heard the calm soothing sound of running water she knew she was close. Her pace quickened and she kept thinking. Although, I still feel like apart of me is missing... I feel empty inside, like I'm yearning for something more. As she reached the stream, she sat down and started to drink the cool fresh water.

(Wow, nice description, eclipse!)
The alpha female walked out of her den in the early morning breeze. She sniffed the air and sighed happily. At the other end of cam though, she heard another sigh, different from hers. She tilted her head down to find Blaze with his head low. She decided to see what was wrong. Star padded across camp and brushed against Blaze's side. "What seems to be the problem? I heard you and Lilliana's howling last nigh. I would expect one to ba happy, no?"

(Oh, Thank you, LeopardFang!  ) Liliana sat by the stream contemplating on why she was filled with this emptiness. A soft breeze blew threw her pelt and the tree tops shook, making it rain crimson orange leaves. She looked down at the stream, a small leave fell onto the stream, making the water do a ripple effect. She sighed somberly. As she looked at her reflection a small tear drop ran down her cheek and dropped into the stream making an even bigger ripple. |

Liliana knew that she would have to go back to where her pack was. She got up slowly and huffed slightly. As she trotted back to camp, she knew that her mood would have to change for the sake of the pack and aside from that, she didn't like wolves asking her what was wrong when she was sad, even though it was an act out of kindness and sympathy. She would rather fake her happiness than tell others why she was so... filled with despair. Once she entered the camp, a content smile reappeared on her muzzle, a sparkle in her eyes, and a bounce in her step. She saw that the Alphess was up so she padded up to her and bowed before speaking. "Good Morning, Alphess Star!" She said with a smile "How are you?" She turned her head around to look to see where Blaze was and saw him she then turned back to Alphess Star and waited for her answer.

Star nodded her head. "And you Liliana. May I speak to you alone in my den plaese? Don't worry, you are not in trouble of any kind." She spoke with a calm voice. She was concerned about her and Blaze. Normally, a new pair would be bubbling with happiness. Something just seemed wrong between the two.

Liliana nodded slightly and started to follow Alphess Star to her den. Once they reached the den. She sat down and looked at her paws still anxious. She looked back up and spoke in a soft tone. "What... Er... Seems to be the problem?" She asked softly.

Star turned around and smiled weakly. "I know this probably may seem rude, but did something happen last night between you and Blaze? You don't have to answer if you don't want to." She looked at Liliana in the eyes.

Liliana smiled back slightly and looked back at the Alphess. "Well, thank you for your concern, Alphess Star. I'm not exactly sure what's wrong with Blaze, I feel... Content. I was going to go talk to him after we had our little chat" She shrugged slighty

Blaze started and Silver walked by.
