Fathomless Darkness walked out into the morning light. he stretched, listening to the other Leoni members awake.
Scar emerged from his den."good morning." he dipped his head.
Fathom nodded back."good morning." they had something in common, both being from Sorrid City. Fathom had heard os Scar before, and had respected him, and still did. he looked at Scar."i will ask the Alphas about getting a higher position for you. A simple Guard does not fit your true power."
Scar nodded."Thank you."
Fathom raised his head."Ah! here are the Alphas now."
he and Scar bowed. well, Fathom more of dipped his head deeply and lowered his tail. as Beta, he was the closest in rank to the Alphas.

Night padded past his members. He wanted Sullivan to rest with the pups, while he was gone. He looked at Scar and Fathorn. He gave a nod. "Good morning." His voice had gotten lower. He looked at them.
Shoji ran up to Night. "I took care of those wolves, Master Night." Night nodded. "Oh did you?" Shoji smurked. Then he looked at Scar and Fathorn. "Hmph. I'll go talk to someone else.." Night nodded. "Don't forget about Death Day." Shoji yelled back. "I won't."

Thorn was laid on top of her den watching the sun rise. Her blue eyes appeared a little cloudy as the morning light reflected on them, making them shine in a mixture of colours. Leoni had been too quiet for her liking lately. While the other members had been treading lightly around the alphas den in hopes to maybe get a quick glance at the alphas pups, she had just been patrolling the borders and accepting new members. No missions for her or anything. She felt she should be more excited about the Sullivan having pups, new blood to Leoni and the start of the next generation. Still, no matter how much she tried, she couldn't bring herself to care so much. She needed something to do otherwise she might just go off the rails (more than she already is).
Thorn turned her head and saw Night pad past Shoji and a new wolf that she hadn't met before. She took note that Shoji submitted to Night more than this wolf. 'He must have a higher rank..' She thought to herself. Thorn rolled over on top of her den. She rolled off the edge and slid down to the ground, landing on her paws easily before shaking her ebony fur a little.

Fathom saw Thorn approach. "Good morning, Thorn." he said politly. he did not bow or lower his tail. Scar dipped his head. "good morning."

Chi watched Fathom getting real chummy with Scar. He didn't like that. He remembered a while ago when Scar was talking with Vera about taking out the alphia's she turned him down cold. But here was a wolf of much higher rank a much more dangerous prospect. Maybe this one would agree to scar's ideas. He would have to be on his toes. Sure he was only a pup but he was totally loyal to Night.

Thorn's attention turned fully to the newbie who said good morning to her. It was the first time she had seen him and yet he knew her name. She was confused and narrowed her eyes a little but uttered a rather forced, "Good morning..." in return. She wasn't into any pleasantries. She padded over to Chi calmly, "Uh, who is he?.." She asked, more confused than anything. She was surprised she spoke to Chi, he was a little too goody goody for her liking and she didn't see why he would choose Leoni to join. Still, he proved he had talent to be an assassin, even if he didn't have the head of a killer he had the skills. All he needed was a little twisting so he could use that nice personality to trick others.

Fathom looked at Night. "from what i have heard about Scar, when he was in Sorrid City, i believe he has the necisary skill and experience to exel at a higher position. i would think he would prefore better as a Elite Guard or Baron rather than a Guard."

Fathom looked at Night."Alpha Night, from what i heard about Scar when we both were residents of Sorrid City, i believe he has the nesisary skill and ability to execl at a higher position. in my opinion, Scar would preform many times better as an Elite Guard or Baron than just a Guard."

Chi looked over and leaned closer to Rema Thorn."He calls himself Fathomless Darkness. He had claimed the position of beta. But he seems to be getting chummy with Scar. I overheard Scar once try to convince Vera his mate to move up in ranks something about taking out the alphas. But I didn't mention it cause Vera turned him down cold and gave him a lecture about it. But now Vera is gone and If Scar and the Beta get together and both in power I fear for the alphas and the cubs." He informed her softly.

Shoji slowly padded to Thorn and Chi , as the others spoke to Night. "Pretty pathetic..No one is touching the alphas or the pups..Not whille i'm alive.."
Night lookked at Fathom and back at Scar. "I and the alohess said one thing..and one thing only.." Night spoke more louder. "Scar will not move up a rank, unless he proves himself to us.." He growled.

Scar sighed. "Chi, you know Vera convinced me not to do that. Fathom and i are just both from Sorrid City, sharing stories."

Nght growled. "No. I would like..." He turned to Scar. "For Scar to SHOW me..without anyone testing him..just show me..without planning it or expecting it.."
Shoji growled. "You better not..Or else you'll be better off dead.." He looked at Chi and Thorn. "Be protective of the alphas and pups."

Hearing the many voices of the pack awoke Anko. she padded out slowly, looking at the assassins. she bowed quietly to night, whether he saw her or not - was not her problem. she padded further into the group of wolves, then noticed that nobody was talking to her. her tail sunk and she realised she had no hunters of her own. she turned to night.
"Alpha night, may i speak with you, about my position as Lead Hunter?" she said.
