Rainy

The streets were just barely wet from the rain, Rainy liked it this way. The clouds looked as if they were to storm again. Eversince the old on died, she had little to depend on and more to worry about. Even thought the old wolf couldn't protect her, it was good to have someone around. In this city you need that. Rainy looked at the sky. She let out a pup yawn, that had a bit of a whine mixed in with it. She slowly padded off of the building she was on and she jumped onto the ground. She landed on her paws. She began to walk down the street.

"What a dull day. I wonder where I can get some food nearby."

Rainy's voice was a clear, dull voice. It sounded almost lifeless with no expression. She had no expressions anyway. She was always one feeling and that was all she had ever been. She looked at the stores she had passed. She almost looked like a puppy so no humans ever screamed and ran. Rainy stopped at a store that had food in it. It said open on the front. Maybe Rainy could get a human to get her food or she could use her powers. Time to act.

"Alright. I will just have to beg. I can do that."

She stood outside of the store and made her puppy face. She looked up at every human that walked in and gave a little whimper.

Grimm was wandering the streets in his wolf form. He was still a little pup and a lot of the humans would stop and look at him wanting ot bring him home. Grimm was on a mission, that mission was to walk off all the food he just ate. There was still some left but not enough to make a meal out of it. As he walked he noticed another pup near by. He watched her and saw her giving puppy eyes to the humans. 'Must be a dog.' He thought to himself. Grimm was about to walk away when the wind shifted and her scent drifted towards his nose. 'Wolf' His head whipped around and he looked at her closer. He could now see the differences. Grimm slowly padded up next to her and whispered in her ear "Hungry?" He already knew the answer but he still wanted to ask. He was already thinking of places where he could get some food for her.

Rainy

Of course none of her efforts payed off. She sighed a bit and then stopped her faces.Then she saw a male pup walk up to her and whisper something. Her ears perked up and she gave a slight nod. She wasn't one to trust easy, but she was hungry. She gave a small smirk and spoke softly.

"Yes. I am. Where can you get food? And don't try it on these humans. If I don't have a chance than neither do you."

Some would think she was joking around when she said that, but quite frankly she wasn't. She knew that if she couldn't get the human's attention, this pup couldn't. She looked at the male with curious eyes. She had never seen him before. It was so amazing to see another pup at his age in the city. Maybe they could be friends. She spoke again in a more demanding tone.

"Well...My name is Rainelese. You can call me Rainy like everyone else does. What's your name?"

She knew this pup would probably tell her anyway, but why not ask to get it all over with. She figured why not? Maybe she could use her powers to help out with whatever he had in mind for food.

Grimm listened to Rainelese. He already knew that trying to beg for food didnt work, but he didnt say anything about it. "I know where we can find food. It might not be the best but at least you can eat it." He listened as Rainelese spoke again. "I like your name. its really pretty. My name is Grimm." He wondered if they could be friends if not he hoped she would at least stay for a while. Grimm looked around them and saw the place he was going to go for food. He then turned back to her and said, "Come with me if you wish to eat." He was still stuffed from his last meal but he had to go back so he could get something for her.

Grimm padded across the sidewalk and looked up and down the streets. He made sure that Rainelese was right next to him and there were no cars when he started to the street. Both of them got safely across and Grimm continued to walk towards a resturant. He didnt go to the back but instead he went to the back. He waited for Rainelese before he did anything else. He looked at her and gave her a small smile.

Rainy

Who was this wolf and what on earth was he trying to pull? Was he joking around or something? He said his name was Grimm. He also said Rainy's name was pretty. She looked away. She gave a nod to him as he told her to come with him. Rainy wasn't one for games, so if this pup wasn't serious then he better stop the joke now. She figured he wasn't. So she followed him. One thing the other wolves taught her was to keep her trust to a minimum. It was no surprise that any wolf would bite you in the back when you trusted them.

"Alright. I will come."

She followed him acrossed the street. Grimm was the one to make them get acrossed. Such a good pup. Rainy guessed that he was good. He could be plotting something. Rainy was just about to go to the front, but Grimm went in the back. She shrugged and followed him. Then she looked around. She saw a window and she peaked in it. Then she saw a chicken wing on a empty table. She had always learned to steal. She used her powers.

"There it is. Food."

She focused on the chicken wing and it began to levitate to her. The window was closed and Rainy didn't realize it. The chicken hit the window and fell on the ground. Inside you could hear screams. "Ghost! In the reseraunt!" Rainy hid down.

"Whoops."

Grimm could tell that Rainelese thought he was playing a joke. he would proove it to her in time. He wasnt sure how but he would. He watched as she looked away and then nodded her head. As he started to walk he didnt think that she would follow but she surprised him by following. He looked at her and smiled. Grimm could tell that she was very iffy about him. Grimm noticed that Rainelese started towards the front of the building but followed him to the back. He saw her look around and then peak thrugh the window. Grimm when to the door and was just about to scratch at it when he realized that shewas going to use her powers. Before he could warn her against it a chicken wing hit the window and the people inside started yelling about a ghost. He saw Rainelese duck down and Grimm couldnt help but chuckle.

"These humans arent used to our powers. Ill show you how its done."

Grimm waited for it to quiet down inside before he scratched at the door.

After a few seconds the door opened and a boy about the age of 16 was standing there. He looked down and saw Grimm there and grinned. He then closed the door and was back in a few minutes with a mound of food. He walked outside and set it on the ground where the other humans wouldnt see it.

Once the human was back inside and the door was firmly shut Grimm turned and looked at Rainelese and smiled.

"Your dinner is served."

He then sat and waited for her to eat.

Rainy

Rainy rolled her eyes a bit when Grimm chuckled. She sighed a bit, as he spoke and then she just went along with it. She had never had this happen to her before. Grimm was her first real friend. It was amazing how things turned out. She looked at Grimm and watched him walk infront of the door. Rainy hid behind a box and growled. She hated humans with a passion. Why would Grimm befriend one? She watched the human give Grimm food. Rainy got more interested. She poked her head out a bit and watched. How does he do that? She tilted her head.

"Hmph."

She was a bit impressed, but not too impressed. She looked at Grimm, as he smiled at her and spoke. She came from behind the box and walked towards the food. She sniffed it and then tilted her head. She looked at Grimm and then she looked back at the food. That's when she took a bite and backed away. It wasn't a big one, but a bite. She left the food there and let Grimm have some. He earned it anyway. Then a couple humans could be heard in the resteraunt. They were talking about a zoo near Sorrid. Rainy tilted her head.

"A zoo? What's a zoo?"

Grimm saw Rainelese roll her eyes when he chuckled and then heard her sigh a bit. When he went to the door he saw her hide behind a box and heard her growl. He could tell that she didnt like humans at all and she wondered why he would befirend one. Grimm thought about it for a second and he decided to tell her as she ate. He saw Rainelese pock her head out a bit and tilt it in curiosity. She then huffed and Grimm almost let another chuckle escape his maw but held it back.

When he told her to eat Grimm watched her come out from hiding and approach the food. He watched at she sniffed it hen tilted her head looking at him then back at the food.

"Its ok. You can eat."

He watched her take a small bite then back away so he could eat. He chuckled softly.

"No. Eat up. I just ate before I saw you so my belly is still quite full. Thank you though." He said softly.

Grimm then heard a couple of humans in the resturant talking about a zoo near Sorrid and knew Raineles had heard too for she asked what a zoo was. Grimm though of the best way to describe it.

"Well. A zoo is where humans take all sorts of wild animal and cage them up for their own viewing pleasures." He wondered if there were any wolves but he doubted it for the humans thought they were extinct. But little did they truely know that wolves had just learnt to hide amungst their kind. Grimm watched Rainelese hopping she would eat more and to see her reaction to his answer.

Rainy

It concerned her a bit. A zoo. What a funny name. Rainy looked at Grimm, as he told her to eat more. Why did he want her to eat so badly? Was the food poison? No, maybe not. Rainy gave a nod and stepped towards thhe food and began to eat again. She tried to make the food last, but it was so good. She now knew why they say wolfing dow your food. Rainy had an exscuse though. She was a wolf. She took one more bite and began to pay more attention towards what Grimm was saying. He finished his sentence and Rainy looked up a bit. She snarled and everything around her began to levitate.

"How greedy can these humans get? So very pathetic. I should kill them all..but.. Take me to this..zoo. I want see for myself."

Rainy let all of her anger disappear, as she finished. The items around her fell out of their barrier of aura and hit the ground. Rainy just looked down. How could humans do something so low? It isn't helping increase the peace in the world. The peace between humans and wolves. Rainy looked at Grimm with determined eyes. She wanted to see the zoo and how horrible it was. She already had a vision of it. Horrible cages. Weapons that humans used to beat animals. Horrible. She would jutst have to see for herself.

Grimm could see she was a bit cautious when he told her to eat more. He just looked at her and hoped she would. As she took another bite the corneres of Grimm's maw curled into a smile. As he continued to speak Rainelese looked up at him. Suddenly she snarled and everything around her started to levitate. Grimm was a bit concerned but he didnt show it. As he listened to what she had to say Grimm nodded his head in agreement.

"I will take you but you might not like what you see."

Grimm stood up and started walking down the ally the way they had entered. Everything fell with quite a bit of noise and Grimm hoped that the humans wouldnt notice. He could tell that Rainelese was thinking the worst. He was going to say something but decided to let her see for herself.

Rainy

Rainy gave only a brief nod, as Grimm said he would take her there. Rainy followed him out of the alleyway. Then she saw a young human girl approach the two. Rainy growled a bit and then she gave a cold stare. The human looked to be about five years old in human years. She grabbed for Grimm, mumbling something. It sounded like she had said 'puppy' or 'doggy'. Rainy didn't want any humans hurting them, so she gave another growl.

"Back off you dirty human."

She knew the human wouldn'tt hear her, but she would hear her growl. The young girl hesitated to grab. Then she reached out for Grimm again. Rainy didn't hesitate to jump at the girl, snarling. The young girl fell back and began to yell and whine. Rainy stood next to Grimm, giving a look at him. She didn't want to hurt the girl, but she would. Who knew what the girl would do to Grimm? Or even Rainy.

The young girl screamed something. 'Someone help me!' No one even stopped for the young girl. She was alone, just like Rainy was. Rainy felt bad for the girl. Then she began to slowly walk towards her, stopping as she walked.
