The New Life. {Chi/Open}

Zaheth cocked his head a bit and listened to Chi. He had guessed the black wolf was one of those type, the ones who never had true friends, only alliences with others that would prove useful to whatever they were doing. The logic and attitude of Chi seem a little better off than the one of his partner. I do wonder how they ended up together.… he shifted one ear around to focus in on noise from the street. "It seems that your friend has found something, if my ears are still accurate." he shifted them again. "Something large....another wolf!" he turned as the black male entered with the female. A familiar scent found its way into his nose. Arumi! This male has found Arumi on the side of a street somewhere. In surprised she hasn't had her pups yet. I do how Bone doesn't get drawn into this......it might turn ugly. he self-reflected on the fact that Arumi and Bone didn't really like him either, saying that he toppled a warehouse on them. Ah, the good ol' days.

Chi jumped and hurried over to Shadino and the female wolf. " What do you mean you found her?" He asked softly. wondering why the wolf would be outside and moving around in her condition specially since he wasn't sure how late in the stage she was.
He turned to the lady wolf. " How are you? Are you in any pain? Are you hurt or need anything?" He asked politely. He was a bit worried about bringing the female wolf into their residence what if she was with someone or running away from someone or something, They didn't know much about her. But then Chi would never turn her away specially if she needed help. He helped her over to the couch that Shadino had laid on earlier. He looked over at shadino and then back to the older male wolf that was there. " Do you know her?" He asked the wolf softly knowing that he was from this area maybe he knew her and her pack if she had one.

SHADINO

Shadino just backed away and looked down. He was a bit angered now. For some reason he felt stupid for bringing her here. It wasn't like himself. He growled a bit, as Chi asked him a idiotic question. Shadino just gave a shrug and then he looked at Chi, with dark eyes. He spoke with a bit of a growl.

"I said it like it was put down..I found her."

Shadino wasn't one to play games. He liked to get straight to the point in dire times. He just felt as if no one should be playing games at a time like this, not just Chi, but the other male. Shadino's eyes shifted to the male, as Chi asked him a question. He growled again, showing that he was very serious.

ARUMI

The pain shot through Arumi's stomach again, as she was set on a couch. She could hear the voices. Where had that wolf taken her? To some wolf house? She could smell a familiar scent. Zaheth. Why in the hell was he here? It was a trap. Or maybe a plot. She growled a bit, as she heard a male voice. He seemed to be okay and he was asking her questions in a polite tone. Arumi winced a bit, before speaking.

"I'm..fine. I just had been hit that's all. I was running from the humans that hit me, thinking they would see me as a wolf and do something.."

Arumi glanced over at Zaheth. It seemed all eyes were on him. The question was asked to him, being that no one else knew her. Maybe it wasn't a trap. They would have done something by now. Arumi growled at Zaheth and then winced again. We've met.. She wanted to see what Zaheth had to say. Arumi made sure none of her pups where damaged in the accident. It didn't seem like it. The pains were just kicks, showing they were alive. She gave a sigh of relief.

chi blushed softly as he heard shadino's answer. Chi realized he must of worded the question very wrong to get that type of response from Shadino. Chi was at a loss for words at that point and lowered his eyes and head. He turned his eyes back to the lady wolf that Shadino brought to their new home and wondered who she was and also how badly she was hurt.

He growled himself when she said she was hurt by humans. He grew even more worried that humans were involved. " Are you and the pups alright? Are you in much pain? Did anyone follow you?" He looked at Shadino and then at the other wolf. "Do you have anyone you need me to go look for? Someone who is worried about you and the pups.?" He asked softly. He knew he was probably bombarding the poor wolf with questions but he knew nothing about her and had to ask if he wanted any answers.

Zaheth looked at Arumi, weighing his options. There is no use in lying since she will recognize me anyways... "We have met." he said to Chi, ultimately deciding that the young wolf didn't need to hEar all the details of their past conflicts and interactions. "I will put it that way, to make long story short." he swished his tail a few times, stirring up a little dust. He knew Arumi was in no state to be dangerous, so he felt no sense of danger from her and no need to be guarded more than usual. Anyways, he was beginning to take a likeing to Chi. He was a nice wolf it seemed, and kind too. Polite as well, something Zaheth valued. And he wasn't loud. he would have made a great assassin perhaps, or a guard, if he didn't want to kill.

ARUMI

Arumi could hear the soft voice asking her questions in a polite tone. She winced a bit and then she looked at the one who had brought her hear. He looked more like the angry type. Then a familar scent hit her nose and she had to look around. Her eyes focused on Zaheth and she growled a bit. Were these wolves with Zaheth? No..those other two aren't from around here. I can tell by their scents. They are from Leoni..that was were Sullivan resided as Alphess. Arumi gulped a bit and then she looked at the polite one and shook her head.

"I'm..We, are alright. I am in pain, I will not lie to you, but I can handle pain. I don't think anyone followed after that one brought me here. My name is Arumi. I do have someone worried, but...he will come soon enough.."

Arumi thought of Bone. He would be worried. Then she looked at Shadino. She would have been dead by now if it wasn't for him. I was lucky. She looked at Zaheth, as he finally answered Chi. Arumi sat up a bit and growled. Then she winced again, feeling another kick. The pups inside of her were happy for some reason. Arumi ignored Zaheth's words and looked at Shadino. She didn't thank him yet for what he did. Most wolves would leave her there, but he didn't.

"I would like to thank you for helping me..oh, haha. My pups thank you as well. They have been kicking alot since you helped me."

SHADINO

Shadino just sat back, as Chi asked more questions to her. When Zaheth said he knew Arumi, it didn't surprise Shadino much. They were both city wolves after all. Almost every city wolf knew each other. Shadino looked at Chi and then at the one who spoke of herself being okay. Her name was Arumi. Shadino just glanced at her and then he looked at Chi. Well. We've already been here for a few hours and we find a prego and a city mutt..NIce choice father. Shadino's ears twitched a bit, as Arumi thanked him. Then she said her pups thanked him as well. Did I save lives today? I didn't even notice.. Shadino spoke in a low growl.

"It was no big deal..I could have kept walking, just be lucky I didn't."

Shadino turned away and went up the stairs.

Chi watched shadino head upstairs. He wondered if the young wolf was confused about his decision to help the wolf. He was actually pretty impressed that Shadino did help her. " We'll lets get you comfortable till you friend comes. Are you thirsty or Hungry?" He asked softly. She was after all a guest since Shadino brought her to their new home. "I'm sorry I don't know very much about who lives here anymore I've been away a while now since my family were killed and I moved on. Its strange being back in the city and I feel so off-kilter. but its very nice to meet you though i do wish it was in better circumstances "

He looked to the older wolf. "Please tell me that they are not dangerous the wolves that are searching for her. Cause my companion is more likely to kill first and ask questions later. If we are threatened or attacked. I'd rather not make enemies this early in our stay. If at all possible. To avoid unnecessaryxcv bloodshed. " He dinna wanna make enemies but that didn't mean he wouldn't kill to protect shadino. He just preferred that they not learn who Shadino was just yet.

Zaheth watched the conversation unfold, not very interested. I didn't know Arumi was going to be in this area seeing how pregnant she is. he thought to himself. Oh well. The future is never predictable. he flicked a fly off his ear. I bet Bone is gonna show himself soon.....maybe I should leave, but then, I could gain valuable information from this meeting. he watched Shadino storm up the stairs. My, my, what a temper. He really is a spikey one. I feel like I've met him before... the fly landed on his ear again, and he flicked it away. Pest. Go bother someone else! He stood, swishing his orange-striped tail. "There's food and water in this house, so if you need any, I can get it." Might as well be nice. "Oh, and if a black wolf with yellow eyes show up and is looking for her, you can let him in. His name's Bone, and he's her mate." he looked out a window. "I can't promise that he won't be dangerous though...."

SHADINO

Shadino stopped at the end of the stairs. He looked around. In reality it wasn't totally different from the home he and Chi left behind. It was hollow and lifeless. Cruel in a way. Just like Leoni was. Only one thing was missing. A ruler. Shadino had thoughts. Horrible ones, but this plot he had was one of the most evilest of all. He padded acrossed the floor and went to a busted window. It's view was only a smaller building and the sky. It was a grey color. Shadino just stared at the sky and laughed loudly.

"Hahahahahaha! Yes. My father did always want more territory.."

Shadino slowly padded back to the stairs and over heard Chi and Zaheth talking. Chi spoke about Shadino. He was right. Shadino would kill at an instant. It amused him to see the enemies fall. Shadino just growled a bit, as Zaheth spoke. Shadino padded down the staird when he finished. Then he raised an eye brow.

"Then I won't be hasty with my kill.."

ARUMI

Arumi listened to the male and Zaheth speak. She gave a nod to the male, as he asked her if she was hungry and thirsty. She was, being it was she had others to feed. Then she listened to the male speak of dangerous wolves. There were dangerous wolves here, so why would they reside here? Then she listened to Zaheth speak of Bone being dangerous. He is a bit dangerous to others, but not me..or anyone who helped me. Arumi shook her head a bit. Why was Zaheth being so nice all of a sudden? It made her think. Then she looked at Zaheth.

"Thank you, Bone knows-"

Shadino's voice interrupted hers. He spoke of killing. Arumi growled a bit. She would not let anyone touch Bone. Then snarled at Shadino and narrowed her eyes. Would this be a good time to be snarling at the one who saved her? It wouldn't matter.

"You will NOT touch Bone."

Her voice was full of demand and forceful words.

"Bone yes I remember that name back when I lived here when I was younger I wonder if my friends Scourge and Stoner are still around. Or If they are still working for Bone. Oh I sure hope not every-time I fortified a home to my liking the came to warn me some punk wolves desired it and decided it was meant for them and ran me off to a new one. I don't think Shadino would do the house hopping I did when I was younger. " Chi sighted softly. "I was awfully pathetic back then. Course I meet Akkina and Cody then. I had become friends with them as well. But fate is cruel and we parted ways. And now look at us. " He mussed silently. He knew deep down that's why Night really pulled him from the action cause he might not be able to fight those that were his friends so long ago.

He had the name Tanichi when he was a pup but all his friends called him Chi. When he left the city he only went by Chi from then on shedding away his past. "I don't plan on anyone being killed. but if he attacks us we will defend ourselves know this to be a fact.- "

Zaheth started chuckling. He laughed quietly, in a appropriate manner, but in a funny way. "Scourge and Stoner still walk these streets alive and kicking. They've never worked fro Bone, though. You have that mixed up. They work for me." he smiled, remembering the two males and their spirit. "Scourge is to be the father of four little ones soon." he shook his head knowingly. "More than i could ever boast." he looked out the window again. "If you desire it, i can call to them. Scourge probably won't come though. He's very busy preparing for the arival of his pups."
He looked over a Arumi, who had spoken. He was about to reply when Shadino returned to the room and interrupted. He raised an eyebrow over one fierce orange eye at his words. "Your kill?" he room seemed to darken slightly. Zaheth was beginning to feel slightly threatened by thios unknown wolf, and if he had to fight, he would stand with the city. The city was his territory, and the territory of the gangs. "You aren't in the position to do any killing, youngster." he felt the power inside himself, stroking it like a purring cat.

[Kei]

Chi's eyes widened "Scourge A father you have so got to be kidding me. Does this mean he's mellowed out some?" Chi wondered softly unable to hide his surprise. " They worked for you. But I don't even remember you and i swore i heard that name threw them. Course its been so long ago my memories might be a little scrambled my childhood was hard and full of death and pain. I was pretty messed up back then But they helped me threw it and taught me things that i needed to do and i learned how to take revenge for my families murders. I will not allow another pup even one unborn to go threw what I went threw, Shadino we do not attack unless we are provoked into it. " He said softly to Shadino knowing that he would probably be the most bloodthirsty. He knew that shadino was probably angry with him over them words he spoke but it could not be helped he didn't wanna give away who Shadino was until they knew who their friends and alleys were here. He walked over to him and whispered " Please be patient and trust me on this just this once. We don't wanna turn our hand to soon and show our potential.

Bone hastily ran through the city streets, he couldn't find Arumi anywhere. He growled slightly he hoped nothing bad happened to her, she never came back to the base and he grew restless. He stopped and looked around before continuing it was quiet which was something rare to hear in the city. "Something's going on..." he growled before sprinting again. He stopped when he noticed a familiar smell, it was Chi. He wondered what he was doing back her in the city, maybe he seen Arumi. He took a couple steps closer before noticing another smell "Zaheth" he growled. He was a bit confused on why the two where here. He could smell another wolf with them and a faint scent of Arumi. He sighed before aking a step into the open revealing himself. "Hey runt" he said to Chi although he looked a little bigger than before. He looked at Zaheth with a cold stare "what are you doing here"bhe simply demanded. His gaze flew over to the other young wolf and smirked slightly. He looked at Arumi "good to see you didn't die" he said with a slight grin.

Zaheth chuckled, the darkness vanishing as if it never existed. "Yep, he's gonna be a father alright, but I don't think he's mellowed out any." he looked back at Chi. "Maybe a little bit. And even though the work for me, they do stuff for others like Bone." he blinked a few times. "I guess I never explained it to you. I'm just their boss, who they report to." the fly was back, buzzing around his righ ear. "They are hired out by others." with a well-aimed flick, he smacked the annoying but from the air. "Scourge is on, let's say, maternity lead, but the guy version." he chuckled at his joke. "I'm sure he'd love to show off his little ones to you, an old friend. Im planning to see them as soon as they are born." at the same moment, Bone entered. Zaheth returned his stare with a nuetral and innocent look. "Hola, Bone. I'm just scouting out this old place as a rest spot for my assassins." he flicked his tail. "No need for suspicion, aggression, and blah blah blah."

[Kei]

Chi glanced at the older wolf as he explained. " Oh I didn't realize that had a main boss, But i did know that they worked for other people mostly the highest bidder." He remembered that cause the twins had run him from several places cause bigger and badder wolves wanted them after he had fixed them up to his liking. Though he never blamed them they were just making money after all. And none of the places were he more attached to .

Chi watched bone come in to the house. Chi bristles at being called a runt after all this time had passed . "I'm not a runt. Not anymore haven't been for quite some times. "He complained softly. " I just came to visit some old haunts and brought my freind with me. He wanted to see the area and chill out for a bit. " Chi wasn't gonna give anything away. Course she was very lucky she ran afoul with humans. " He walks pass Bone and hands her water and drops some food for her and the pups.
