After being reunited with Styx, Tala kept in touch with him almost every night still thinking it was a dream that he had come back from the grave. On this particular night they had decided to travel through the mountains and catch some food for their packs. As they were traveling they heard an eerie howl that was dark yet kind of familiar. Styxs ears flew forward and he suddenly stopped.
"It cant be him. Can it Tala?" He had a worried yet kind of excited lok on his face as he looked at his sister.
She stopped and lifted her lips in a snarl. "I dont know Styx. After you came back from the grave anything is possible."
They both sniffed the air and decided to keep moving just in case it wasn't him.
Anton, as dark hearted as he was, missed the companion ship of other wolves. He had been wandering through the mountains for weeks and cam across sents from his past. Ones that he thought he would never smell again. He threw his head back and let out a long sorrowful howl as he remember that night from long ago. He doublted it was them but he followed anyways to find out.

Nearby, an emaciated grey wolf lifted tired ears to listen to the howl. she licked up the last remains of a rabbit she had barely brought down and walked torwards the noise. stumbling slightly, she weakly scrambled up a rock and spotted the howling wolf. she watched him nervously, not sure if he was friendly or not.

As Anton followed the two wolves up ahead the winds shifted and he picked up a third scent. This one was behnd him though. He turned to look and saw a pittyful looking wolf just starig at him. He lifted his lips in a snarl and was about to turn when he decided to see what this wolf wanted. Anton walked slowly towards the strange wolf.

Javo wimpered as the wolf slightly snarled at her and back up a few paces. As the wolf approached, she tucked her tail between her legs and crouched down on the ground, ears flat, staring up at the wolf with scared green eyes.

As anton approached he saw how scared this female was. He knew that she ment no harm and relaxed a bit and seemed to become more concerned which is unusual for him. He gently lowered his head and sniffed her and asked "Is everything ok?"
Mean while Tala and Styx kept moving and then the wind shifted again and Tala got a big wiff of the wolf they smelt before and this time she knew it wasnt her imagination. "Styx, its him." She perked up and started to run in the direction the scent came from. Styx smelt the air also and nodded his head in agreement and followed Tala. As they ran they picked up another scent that they didnt recognize. They just ignored it and kept running.

Javo relaxed slightly, seeing the wolf lent no harm. "I'm terrible sorry if I'm intruding, sir." she said. "I've been wandering for what seems like ages. I've lost my direction." she stood up slowly. "my name is Javo."

Anton listened to the female and then slightly smiled. "That is ok. your not intruding on anything. Nice to meet you Javo. My name is Anton."
Tala and Styx were getting closer and the scents were getting stronger. they topped a nearby hill and saw two wolves standing there. Tala yipped at the male and hopped for a reply while Styx stared in awe.

Javo detected the other two wolves and swung her head around to look. "Anton....who are they?" she blinked. "the female seems to know you." she reflected quickly on the last few moments. (where on earth did those two come from? They sure popped up quick.)

Anton looked in the direction that Javo was looking and saw two wolves up on a hill. his jaw about hit the ground when he saw who it was. He howled and took a few excited steps towards them. He then quickly stopped thinking that it could only be a dream. "It cant be. They are dead." he murmured just loud enough for Jave to hear.
Tala and Styx both saw how different Anton looked from the last time they had saw them. They also saw how controlled he was. He was excited and almost ran towards them then stopped to think rationally. just like Tala and Styx did when they had been reunited. They walked slowly down the hill toether so as not to scare their brother. Tala looked at the female next to her brother and said "Who do you think the female is?" Styx just shook his head in reply. they kept walking.

Javo looked confused. She had no idea what was going on, and it was giving her a headache. She saw the female looking at her and instinctively put her ears back and crouched a little lower to the ground. Her tail twitched nervously. (for so long I've avoided company, and something here made me stay and not run.) she thought. (I don't even know how to react anymore.)

As the two wolves neared Anton felt Javo crouch lower. He tried to reassure her that they would not harm them but most likely wasn't successful for he wasn't sure himself. They were within a few yards and Anton was sure now that they were real and not just specters from his past. His hair stood on end as he looked at his siblings for the first time in a long time.

Javo felt a kind of current pass between Anton and the other two wolves. (they know each other!) she thought, and relaxed a little, bringing her ears up in curiosity. (whew! Friends of Anton should be nice enough.)

Anton felt Javo relax as she realized that his sibling ment no harm. Anton took a few graceful steps towards his siblings before they reached him. Styx had grown into such a hansome wolf while Tala was beautiful yet he could tell that both had been through hell, Tala more then Styx.
Tala and Styx approached their brother and noticed that he was the darkest of the three. Tala couldnt blame him at all. He had been through more then they could imagine. Tala approached her dark brother and licked him on the face letting him know everything was alright now and better memories were to come.
After a while Tala finally noticed the female next to Anton. "So Anton, have yourself a mate do you?" She inspected Javo closely and after not finding anything wrong she dipped her head a bit and said "I am Tala and this is my brother Styx." She lifted a paw in her brothers direction. Styx looked at the strange female but didnt seem that interested in her.

"my name's Javo." Javo said softly. "And i just met Anton. im not his mate." she looked at the two, inspecting them. (it seems we've all been through something, but who knows what.) she licked a spare tuft of fur down on her shoulders. (Im hope Silver's getting on well.....) she thought of her old friends.

Anton was about to correct his sister when Javo spoke first. He lifted his head high with pride as she spoke.
Tala turned towards the she wolf. "It is nice to meet you Javo. I am sorry. I thought you two were mates. its my mistake." She dipped her head in apology.
Styx looked closer at the female and thought he recognized her but from where he wasnt sure. It was almost like he was trying to remember a dream from many moons ago.
