The Night of the Blue Moon(open)

[Ghøšt]

Ghost padded along the trail up the mountain. He swept his tail side to side as he watched the sky turning a dark blueish color. He kept padding until he came to a ledge on the side of the mountain. He sat down and stared at the moon. He could also see the plains and the city below him. He turned his attention back to the sky where he saw dozens of shining stars and a blue colored moon. He let loose a strong fierce howl for all to hear him. It echoed through the air and knew all below him heard.

Ashley padded along side the mountain. She looked up. "Hm, blue moon." She smiled. Then her ears perked up to a howl. She ran to where she heard it. There in front of her, was her mate, Ghost. "Ghost, what are you doing here, love?" She sat beside him.

Ghost looked at her "Im just here to enjoy the view and think" he said looking away from her. He started to climb a little higher up the trail almost to the top. "what are you doing here Ashley?" he was a bit curious of how she found this place. He let the wind ruffle his fur as he stood tall on the mountain. He looked down upon the land below him.

Ashley smiled. "Well I got info on this place from a old friend and I was born in the Northern Plains, not too far from here." She looked at the moon. "It's probally best I leave from here. This is where..I almost died." She turned from Ghost. "My father saved me though." She padded to a edge of a cliff. "Right here."

[Ghøšt]

Ghost smiled a bit "I can teach you how not to fall after all I was born in the mountains" he said looking down on her. He jumped down to land beside her softly and gracefully. "Its really not hard" he said nudging her. He looked back to the view "sometimes I miss that person who taught me how to live in places like this I think about her sometimes when Im up here" he said softly gazing at the view.

Ashley backed away. "I don't think so." Then she fell over a cliff. She held on with her paws. "Help! See I fall." She tried to pull herself up.

[Ghøšt]

Ghost pulled her up slowly by her scruff "you just have to know how to walk on this kind of terrain" he said laughing. "Besides as long as Im here you won't fall" he said as he finally pulled her all the way up to a small cave in the back.

Ashley got pulled up. She was breathing hard. "Sure..show me." She looked down at the ground. She nudged him. "Ok."

Ghost smiled "maybe later" he said licking her cheek. He stared out at the view "isn't it nice up here" he smiled. He let his mind gaze back to the momment when he was a pup "she was that special someone to me" a tear slipped out his eye. He couldn't help to cry a little thinking about his dead mother.

Ashley padded by Ghost. "Who?" She watched him tear up. Then she remembered back when they encountered his father. He said he watched him kill his mother. Was that it? She stood next to him. "Ghost, you know, everything will be fine. I mean, while I'm here." She looked up. She knew she had pups coming. She was afraid. "My mother died giving birth. I'm afraid thats gonna happen to me."

[Ghøšt]

Ghost looked at her "it can't I could never bear to lose you" he shook his head. He looked at her with streams of tears down his face. He nudged her "I know you won't die anyway" he said nudhing her. "We've been through so much together and I love you" he said softly.

She looked at him smiling. "I mean, yeah of course. Our pups need their mother." She licked him. "I love you too and yes we have been through alot." She snuggled him. "I'm just afraid for the pups. They may end up finding Sorrid city and getting in a gang."

[Ghøšt]

Ghost shook his head "they won't find it for awhile" he smiled. "Don't worry about it cuz I got it covered" he said laughing. "You should get some rest" he said nudging her. "I'll stay up and get us something to eat" he said wagging his tail.

Ashley padded in a cave. She layed down gently. She felt weird after she layed down. She fell asleep.

Surami padded near the mountains and ran into Ashley in a cave. "Ashley? Are you ok?" Ashley howled.

Surami darted out of the cave. He saw Ghost. "GHOST! Puppies, born. Howl!" Surami nudged Ghost.

Ghost looked at Surami "what the pups are born???" he asked as he darted up the mountain. He padded up to the cave where he left Ashley he was feling kinda excited.
