Star gave him a stern look, as if sending him a message to stay quite as he walked. Looking away and focusing her eyes on the prey, she walked silently, going wide from the deer. Ears pricked, eyes alert, she tensed her muscles, ready to charge. Finding the moment when the deer just realized she was there, she sprung ou from the undergrowth, sending the deer in panick towards the bush Raiza was in.

Raiza sprung out the bush rite ontop of the deer pinning it down. "So what do I do now" he was clueless on how to kill the prey where. He gave Star a look that said "i need help".

The deer started to squirm under the weight of Raiza. She scowled and padded over to him. "By the time I tell you, you might kill it under your weight." Walking by the animal's neck and looked up at the male. "See that artery right under its neck? Bite it, and its life will slowly ebb away. There's no way to really kill it quickly withough wrecking the meat, so I usually kill it like this." She looked at Raiza and waited for him to bite the deer's neck.

He bit down but with a sloppy bite and blood squirted everywhere. "Well i guess im not a clean eater either" he joked with Star. "Well you take the first bite since you taught me, Alphess" he said snickering.

Star raised an eyebrow and smirked, knowing this was going to be very hard, teaching a hunter how to hunt. She padded over to the other side of Raiza and ripped off one of the hind legs of the deer. Legs were her favorite, even though it didn't carry the tenderest meat. In between bites, she said, "You know... you should be... a soldier."

He looked at her laughing and rolling "you shouldn't talk with your mouth full" he said giggling. He looked at her "well the only reason i wanted to be a hunter is to learn to hunt, i already know how to fight well enough" he said looking down with a slight smile. 'Well I'll take your recommendation Alphess Star" he smiled. 'You've been quite nice to me" he said looking away .

Star smiled, nodding to his suggestion. Swollowing she spoke. "Well, why don't you be a soldier, and I'll teach you how to hunt. If you get good enough, maybe you can switch. Sound good?" Thinking for a second, she thought this wolf wasn't as bad as she thought he would be. She expected more of a bad ass kind of wolf, not wanting to listen to orders.

Raiza nodded and laughed as he took a bite out of the chunk of meat. He chewed it slowly and managed to choke it down. "I'll have to get used to the taste of raw meat" he laughed. He patted her head "I'll be around here if you need me" he said laying in the grass.

Star cocked her head. "You burn your meat? Like in fire?" To her, it seemed like a silly idea when in wolf form. It tasted better to her anyway.

"Remember I never really hunted had to dig out of trashcans and eat leftover cooked meat" he said chewing the meat softly. He chuckeled "maybe we should have a cookout so you guys get to taste cooked meat" he laughed. "So what do we do now?" he asked looking around. "Do we join the other wolves, Im feeling confident" he said with a cocky smile.

Star rolled her eyes, ignoring the part about the trashcans and cookout. "All you did was kill a deer with your masive weight, you big oaf. I don't think you have nibble toes to go chasing after a squirrel."

He chuckeled "you never know I have many suprises up my sleeve" he lookedover his shoulder to catch a glimpse of rat sccurring by him. "Watch I'll show you that I can catch something fast" he growled before taking off after the critter.
