Raiza looked at her and looked away feeling kind of embarassed. He looked around and looked back at Star. He sighed and looked at her "you know....I need your help Star" he said softly. "I was brought up in the city and you may have noticed Im not all to good at hunting" he looked around again He looked at Star shyly "well......can you teach me how to hunt?" he said nervously.

Star felt like she had been hit with a wall of ice. Doesn't... know.... how.... to......... HUNT?! Her face showed no emotion, but her insides were raging. This... dog want's to be an elite hunter and doesn't know how to hunt? Oh, goodness... She smiled weakly and brushed up against Raiza a little. "Sure. Just don't tell anyone about this. I'm sure you won't though."

Raiza looked at her then frowned "i know your suprised" he sighed at looked away. "Nevermind you dont have to teach me" he said padding away from her. His tail drooped as he walked away.

Star pricked her ears as he padded away. She jumped, and bounded infront of him, blocking his way. "So now you're just going to walk away with this?" Annoyed, she flicked her ears, waiting for an answer.

Blaze pushed through the bushes. "Alpha Star!" he called, nudging aside some vines. he spotted her and trotted over. Dipping his head respectfully, he noticed Raiza. "oh, did I interrupt?" he stepped back. "so sorry. I was just wondering if maybe we could combine hunting parties with Liliana and I." he looked behind himself, searching for Liliana.

Liliana stumbled to where her mate, Blaze was. "Sorry, I got distracted by something." She noticed Alpha Star was here and dipped her head. "Alpha Star." She said in a courteous manner. She turned to Raiza and gave a small nod to him before turning back to Blaze.

Raiza nodded back to both of them and looked back at Star who blocked his path. "Fine, then where do we start then?" he asked curiously. "Isnt hunting like fighting but your fighting the prey then eating it?" asked cluelessly.

Star shifted her gaze to Blaze and Liliana as they appreared. "Thank you for your offer, but I would like to see what kind of hunting skills Raiza has before he hunts with the two of you." She dipped her head in dissmissal, before Raiza asked the stupid question.

Blaze nodded. "Yes, Alpha Star." he backed away. turning, he trotted back into the bushes. (i have a feeling our new member has no idea what he's doing.)

Raiza held a back a glare and continued to look around for small animals running around. He saw a rabbit dart by him and he chased after it before into small hole in a tree. He growled and returned to Star.

"You are like a desperate pup." She rolled her eyes, wanting to burst out laughing, but knowing it would only make his feelings feel worse. Shaking her head, Star looked into his blue eyes, and saw the clear signs of frustation. "Copy me."
The large female lowered her body closer to the soft ground, eyes alert, ears back, tail slightly above the earth, and legs bent.

Raiza ollowed each move Star made. He then scanned around for another target, he saw a mouse scurring by him. He left off his feet and landed on the mouse. "Well Im learning and i caught something small can i try something a little bigger?" he asked sounding like he was a pup still.

Star nodded her approval, proud he could atleast catch a mouse... "Maybe not-" She pricked her ears, hearing a rustle in the undergrowth. It was a baby deer. (brain fart, can't think of the technical name...) "I guess you will. Here's the plan." Looking around, making sure the prey couldn't hear her. "I'm going to chase the deer towards you. You'll be in that bush and go for it's neck." Her tail flicked over to her right, pointing to the bush she wanted Raiza to wait in.

Raiza yawned and nodded before trotting over to the bush to wait in. He peered out very little so he could stay hidden and still see fine.
