"Alright." Phantom smurked at Zela. "Bet I can beet you there!" Phantom raced off twards the forest a distance off.

Zela giggled and began to run after him, easily catching up to him, however it was hard to get infront, she mainly stayed by his side. soon, in the forest's trees, zela caught an elk's scent. following her nose she padded slowly, quietly through the trees. and only a few seconds later, she found a small group of elk. most were cow elks, but in the middle stood a big bull elk.
"What one shall we get?" she said quietly, almost a whisper to phantom.

Magnolia woke up. She walked out of her den. The grass still had some dew on it, and it shimmered when the light from the sun hit the grass. She sighed. The birds were singings and she was content.

Phantom followed Zela into the forest. "Hmmm... Maybe that calf with it's mother on the outside of the heard. I think that's the best shot we have."

Magnolia went up to Flame and licked his cheek. "Good morning!" She looked up at him and smiled warmly.

Zela nodded to phantom before quietly padding in the grass, stalking her prey. when she got to a reasonable distance she leapt out of the grass with a snarl, running between the mother and it's calf. she snarled at the calf, ordering it to move away. this snarl was a sign to phantom to get the calf. when the calf tried running back to the herd, Zela jumpedi nfront of the calf, blocking it off well.

Phantom watched as Zela attacked the mother and calf. He ran after the calf after Zela cut it off from the heard and it's mother. He raced to the calf and chased it farther away from the heard so the buck couldn't try and charge. He leapt on the calf and bit down on it's neck. The life was ebbing away from the calf. Phantom sat by the calf and thanked it for it's life. He then dragged the calf and got I on his back. He barked to Zela to fallow him back to camp, swerving away from the small heard.

Zela stopped growling, nodded slightly to the herd, then ran back to phantom.
"Need help?" she asked. she knew he probably wouldnt because its just a calf, but still it was always good to ask.

Phantom watched Zela come twards him. He snapped back from daydreaming about him and Zela. He half heard her question. "What? Oh... No I think I'm good." phantom started to pad back to camp with Zela at his side.

Whil they were walking, through the trees she sat and began to scratch behind her ear. she looked back at phantom.
"Hey... when i got back to you... it was like you were day dreaming..? May i ask wha about?" she said with a warm smile, her tail tapping the ground, as she was in a relaxed mood.

Phantom froze at the answer. He didn't want to lie to her but it would have been embarasing to tell her they had their own pups. He decided on something else. "Oh, uh, my sister. I was pictureing that she found me and she was the one running to me."

Zela had a smile crawl on her face.
"How sweet.... im afraid, if my sister had found me, she would blame me for my family's deaths. like she used to...." she said, as her ears fell to her neck. she got up and kept on padding back to camp.

Phantom looked at Zela. He licked her cheek for comfort. He had nothing in his history that would ever compare to that.
