Stromcloud led the way to camp. a strong wind started to blow. "looks like we're into a storm." she said.

Larka smelt the air and could smell the rain. "It sure does. it even smells like it." She thought of Skart. 'Oh, how I miss them.' What a lonesome dove.

Stormcloud looked at the sky, which was turning dark and windy. "we should take cover!" she yelled over the rising wind.

Larka agreed. She looked to her left and saw a hollow. She the yelled to Stormcloud "I see a place we can stay." She then turned in that direction and looked back to see if she was going to follow.

Stormcloud fought through headwind and dropped into the hollow. "we'll retunr when this is over!" she barked.

Larka Went into the hollow and replied "ok" She then looked around. It was just big enough for the two wolves.

The wind howled. Stormcloud sniffed the air. "its gonna rain. and rain hard."
Back at camp, Summit was concerned. Stormcloud haddent returned yet, and a storm was brewing.

Larka was worried when Stormcloud said it was going to rain hard. "Do you think it will flood in here?"

"i hope not." said Stormcloud nervously.
Summit barked to Shiski, "im going to look for Stormcloud!" a black wolf came out of the den. "no you are not. its to dangerous." Stormcloud looked with love at his mate. "i have to." he spun around and disappered into the forest, despite Shiski's cry.

Summit ran through the pounding rain and wind, following the barest scent. "Stormcloud! Stormcloud!" he yelled.

Larka thought she heard someone calling for stormcloud but for all she knew it could have been the wind. She then turned to Stormcloud and told her what she thought she had heard.

Stormcloud had her ears pricked. "Summit! Dad!" she barked.
Summit heard her faint cry and ran torwards it.

Larka was surprised when all of a sudden Stormcloud barked 'Summit! Dad!' She looked at Stormcloud and asked "You know who that is?"
