The alphess and current leader of Leoni heard the howl claiming the alpha position. With a smirk she padded to borders to see if he was worthy enough. She got there to see an older wolf, no, a much much older wolf than her.

Sullivan snarled, this old codger thought he could be her mate. Even wolves the same age as her would be lucky to be able to stand at her side. With a snarl she darted at him, she'd chase him out of Leoni for being so foolish. She had youth on her side afterall. She wouldn't accept him as her mate.
