Playing Around

[Ghøšt]

In the plains a black shadow lurked around the grass. It was a dark night and his yellow eyes lurked around, scanning the area and feeling in a good mood. He sighed and ran and rolled around in the tall grass. He felt comfortable in this grass at night. He stayed hidden and liked being in the dark. He smiled letting his white teeth show and the yellow stripes on his legs. He felt happy and wouldn't mind anything that was happening around him.

Manarchy decided to go on a walk. She stepped into the plains. She looked around and smiled. The night was her favorite time of day. She sighed in relief. She then, sat on a rock and enjoyed the starry sky. She let her yellow eyes stare st the moon and get lost in it. She had never noticed it's beauty until tonight.

Her ears perked up to grass rustling. She looked around and then she tried to ignore it. "Must just be the wind." She said to herself.

Fyrezyama heard some footsteps immediately he darted into the nearest bush. He was scared it might be another bad wolf around trying to kill him. He looked around cautiously "why would someone disturb him at his favorite time of day" he yelled annoyingly and scared.

[AshWolf]

Monarchy looked around. She heard a voice. She jumped up into a tree and slithered up into a branch. She looked around in the plains. She could see the whole plains. She then saw a black male wolf. She tilted her head. "Hm?" Then she jumped down infront of him, showing no fear or threat towards him. She smiled a bit. "Hello."

Fyrezyama jumped scared and ran to another thicker bush. "who....who......are you?" he said scared. He shook with fear and his tail was stuck between his legs. His eyes were full of fear "are you going.....to...kill me?" he asked stuttering.

[AshWolf]

Monarchy watched the male cower in fear. She had never seen such a scardy wolf. She shook her had slowly. "Why would I kill you? You have done nothing wrong." She smile, trying to calm the wolf down. She stared at him with curious eyes. "I am Monarchy. Who are you?" She couldn't believe that this wolf was older than her and he as scared of her. She kept smiling, calmly. Then she heard howls from the city. They were for her. "Oh. My family. They are calling." She frowned.

"Oh you should go then" he said sensatively.He was scared this was the only nice wolf he had met. He tried to avoid her gaze because he felt comfortable with her smile. his head lowered " my names Fyrezyama" he said softly. "Nice to meet you Monarchy" he said smiling weakly.

[AshWolf]

Monarchy looked at the male who called himself Fyrezyama. She saw his smile and then she gave a nod. "Well..it was nice to meet you as well Fyre. I decided to call you by a nickname..is that alright?" Before he could answer, she began to pad away. The howls were getting more urgent, so she began to run.

When she arrived, she could smell blood. Wolf blood. She ran to where she saw her gang family brutally murdered and sprawled everywhere. Monarchy stood there, un-able to speak or move. She looked around and saw a pack of wolves run off into the shadows.

She backed away then she ran from the city and back into the plains. She stumbled onto the ground and began to cry. "W-What happened? How did that happen?" She whimpered. "Why?"

He smiled before she came back crying. "What's wrong?" he said sympathetically? He sighed he wasn't good with cheering people up because he never stayed around anyone. He did what he felt natural and right, he licked her cheek and whispered to her in a sympathetic voice like his mother would do. "It'll be alright" he said softly.

Monarchy could hear Fyre'a voice. She looked at hima dn stopped crying. She felt him lick her cheek and say it was alright, but was it? She sat up and looked down. "Fyre..this is gonna sound..well awful..but my family is dead. See..they weren't my real family, but they were family to me. They were killed just now and..I can't bring them back.." She sniffled and then she growled. "Those leoni mutts did it..they killed my family just like they did my parents.." She growled. "I don't know what to do.."

Fyre gasped and looked away "I know how it feels..." he said avoiding trying to look at her. "I could be your family I know I cant replace them, but I'll try" he said softly. he knew he could help her, but he had to keep his secret, he was scared.

[AshWolf]

Monarchy smiled a a bit and sat up straight. "You could be my family?" She looked at Fyre and then she looked back at the city where she basically grew up. "Well Okay. We should get to know each other first." She tried changing the subject. "I was born in Ichio. The pack to the north of here. I have no parents..and..um..well that is all I can remember. The gang that raised me said they found me at the city border and the scent on me was definately Ichio's. I can't remember anything else.." She looked at Fyre. "What is your story?"

Fyre looked away shyishly "well..." he started off. "I was born really far away from here in a pack after my parents were killed in a horrible accident others in my pack made fun of me for.....my special talent" he said softly. "I ran away and here i am" he said with a weak smile.

Monarchy looked at Fyre and made a sad face. "I'm so sorry for your loss..but we are family now." She smiled again, this time showing her teeth. Then she nudged him a bit. She slowly turned towards the city. "I want to find the killers and the only way to do that is to go to there pack." She started heading towards Leoni territory, not caring what would happen to her.

Fyre's eyes widened as she smiled and nudged him. He looked away again thinking to himself "do I have to use it?" he shook his head and looked at the sky. He could see bad storm clouds rolling in towards the city and he could feel the power surging through him. "I have to help her" he said softly before running to catch up with her.
