Comet burst out of the bushes, snarling. He leapt onto the elks back.

Krystal ran out of the grass and leapt at the deer's neck. as she bit nito the skin, she felt another pain in her stomach, causing her to loose her grasp. she missed the elk, and fell to the ground.
"owowow...." she mumbled, rolling across the grass.

she lifted her head and yelled back to comet.
"Dont worry about me! im fine! Just get that elk!" she yelled, almost with a growl, almost ordering comet.
she tried getting up, her claws dug the dirt, and whilst standing, she shook the dirt from her fur.

Krystal padded slowly in the elks footsteps it left in the dirt. she limped, following the footsteps. as the elk fell, krystal continued to limp to the carcass.
"Ill be happy when the pups are out... at the moment i just need to bear with them..." he said with a warm smile, trying to comfort Comet.

Comet resisted the urge to lick Krystal. He ripped the elk pelt to get at the meat." dig in."

Her smile was warm and comforting. she moved her head to the carcass and bit into the freshly caught meat. ripping it out, peice by peice, she ate it happily.

with anothr bite of the meat, another pain came, left. with the next bite, the pain came back and left aagain. these were only small. She bit deep into the meat, and chewed on the peice for a moment, before feeling a shocking pain, worse then all the pains she felt so far. with then, a loud yelp of pain could be heard jumping from her mouth. she fell to her side, and put a stupid look on her face.
"Damnit, i cant even eat without them harrassing me from the inside" she said with a giggle, as if it were a joke.

Krystal turned to him.
"Why do you look so worried?" she asked, tilting her head to the side. though she did agree with him, she was expecting her pups soon.
