A girl walked down the middle of the road in the city. It was night and the street lights were beginning to glow on either side of her. She walked with her hands pushed in her jacket pockets. She had long red hair which was cut rather choppily at the top with a long fringe while the bottom layers of her hair were extremely long, reaching right down her back in long tendrils. Her eyes were unusual, one blue and one reddish pink. She had a pale, slightly rose tinted complexion with a blue marking below the thick black lashes of her left eye.
She walked calmly, a little too calmly for a girl of 18 almost 19 on her own on a night. The street was dead, no one had walked down it for some hours now, most humans already in bed apart from the few on night shifts. As she walked she sighed, seeing a small gang up ahead who had already spotted her and were spreading out across the street as they came towards her.

Keenan was leaning up against a brick wall when he noticed a young female walking down the street alone. He thought for a moment that it was Alkai but then realized that it was not when he saw her red hair because she had walked under a street light. From the way she was walking he knew she had to be a wolf but he still didnt approach her. He heard her sigh. Keenan then heard movement from behind him. He didnt bother to look because she still seemed calm so he thought that it must be someone she knew. He didnt think that it would be the gang that roamed the streets.

The Scratch Sisters watched with narrowed eyes this person who seemed so confident. The walked into the street in front of her." whats your business here, stranger?" growled Kya." who are you?"

The female stopped as the scent of a few wolves in the area entered her nose. Strange she hadn't picked it up earlier, her cold must be coming back. She started to walk again when two girls stepped out onto the street infront of her and asked her business. The gang, seeing that she wasn't alone now and not so much of an easy target changed direction and walked off down a side street to find a more approachable victim. She looked back to the two girls. "No business, just walking through. Though i should thank you for saving me the hassle of fighting off that gang that had been walking my way till you showed up." She raised an eyebrow. "Name's Tiikani, or just Tika. Shouldn't you introduce yourselves before asking questions anyway?"
Tika turned, there was that other scent again. She glanced around her blue eye and her pink eye searching through the dark for the other one. She made out the dark outline of a guy in the shadows but that wasn't enough information, it didn't tell her if he was a threat or not. She continued looking in his general direction but spoke to the two girls still. "Am i on your territory or something?"

Keenan heard a few more foot steps but this time they were closer. Then he heard a voice growl 'whats your business here, stranger? who are you?' and he knew that she was not a friend of this other female or were there two of them? He then heard the first female say 'No business, just walking through. Though i should thank you for saving me the hassle of fighting off that gang that had been walking my way till you showed up.' He was shocked he hadnt realized that she would have been in any danger. The next thing he caught was her name...Tika...'what a pretty name.' 'Shouldn't you introduce yourselves before asking questions anyway?' Came after her name and he was chuckling on the inside. 'what a fiery spirit this one has.' he thought to himself. Keenan then glanced in the direction of the first female and noticed her looking at him. He watched her for a moment and noticed that her gaze never faltered. Then, with her gaze still on him, he heard her ask the other wolf or is there two, he was still puzzling over that for he could have sworn that he had heard to sets of feet, 'Am i on your territory or something?' He just stood where he was and listened. He was ready to spring if she was in danger.

A thrid wolf appeared. "yes. this is the Scratch Sister terriotry. I am Xena, the wolf who hasn't spoken yet is Zia, and the wolf who confronted you is Kya. we are the famous Scrtach Sisters, hired assassins and professional killers."

Tika raised an eyebrow a little as another wolf came. "Sorry i'm on your territory then, i hadn't scented the border of your land so i had no idea i'd entered one." She continued to glance back to the shadows where she had spied the other wolf. "So, what do the 'famous' Scratch Sisters want with me?" She found herself chuckling a little. "Here for a job or to assassinate me? Attempts to assassinate me have happened before, but as you can see, i'm still here."
She said with a slight smirk though she was recalling past events in which she had lost her parents and brother to the paws of jealousy. Ever since her escape she'd had numerous attempts, numerous killers trying to silence her. It was ironic how her old pack were trying to kill something that was already dead to them, It had been 2 years since she left the pack, how could she still cause trouble when she wasn't there. Yet they were still trying to kill her off though she had left.
She looked back to the Scratch Sisters. "So, i trespassed without knowing it, what happens now?" She asked calmly, she was good at accepting difficult situations and dealing with them. If they wanted to drive her out then so be it she'd just walk off anyway. It didn't matter to her she could find other routes, hang out and hunt elsewhere.

Kya smiled. "we were just taking a walk around, and we see that you are no threat to our territory, wolves usually come here with favors for us to kill other wolves, but if you have no job for us, you have to leave." she explained.

Keenan was listening to the whole conversation and about laughed at Tika for not reacting to the danger, but then again he had not reacted either. He turned to walk into the street but stopped. He wanted to see what she would do. Would she leave or would she stay?

Zia nudged her sister and whispered," wolf in the alley." Kya sighed. " go get em." Zia and Xena disappeared, and slipped behind the wolf and shoved him into the street.

Keenan saw them coming and bared his teeth and didnt fight back. He knew better. He then walked and stood by the female called Tika with his hands in his pocket. looking at the sisters.

"the quickest way out is that way." Kya nodded down the street." follow that and take a left at the junkyard. Then follow that road past the park, and you are out of Scratch Sister land."

Tika nodded but didn't move as the sisters dragged the wolf she had noticed in the shadows into the light of the street lamps. "Fine by me, i'll be going then. I was on my way to the park anyway." She glanced over at the guy before starting to walk off calmly as she left she raised a hand up to wave still with her back to them, "later."

Keenan was curious about this female so she followed her. When they were out of ear shot of the others he said "My name is Keenan. Is it ok if we walk together?"
