Meeting the Mate (Ash, Krystal, Doby)

Ash: had been wandering around the world, and had been in many fights. most of which were with smaller animals, in a chance to gain food. one battle with another wolf had left him with a battlescar on his lef arm. he thought it had been a while since he last seen Krystal, so he howled a powerful howl, to try to gain Krystal's attention, if she were close-by.

Krystal: padded slowly into the northern plains, and looked to her side towards doby. she couldnt help but think how she ended up with such a cute wolf. her ears twitched slightly as she heard a familiar howl, and howl back with much anticipitation.
"Its him! Its ash!" she yelled excitedly. then through the distance, a white wolf appeared, it was ash.

Doby leaned against a tree. He'd been more tired than ever. When he looked over to Krystal, he had to stare at her beauty. Doby smurked, as she looked towards him. Then his ears perked up to a howl. "Huh?" He had heard the name Ash. He couldn't for get that name because it reminded him of his old mate, Ashley. He just tilted his head and watched to see who it was.

Ash: padded slowly across the plains then began to run as he saw a figure. as he got closer he realised there was 2 figures, and he slowed to a stop.
"Krystal! its so great to see you again!" he said energetically. he then turned to see doby leaning against the tree.
"I'm sorry, you are?" he asked.

Krystal: looked out and watched as Ash came closer.
"Ash! Its soo good to see you too, how have you been?" she asked, but got no answer. Ash was instead interested in finding out about doby. they hadn't talked in a while so she figured he didnt know about doby yet.

Doby watched Ash and Krystal. Then he backed away. "Me? Oh..hehe..I-I'm Krystal's boyfriend.." He nodded. "I'ts nice to meet you."

Ash: looked at Doby then back at Krystal, then kept switching between the 2 wolves.
"Boyfriend?" he finally said, smirking at Krystal, who was blushing at the word.
"How is it that the one girl in our family, manages to get a boyfriend before i could even set my eyes on another girll?" he asked in a sarcastic voice. after this he started to shiver slightly.

Krystal: blushed as Doby introduced himself, then she smiled warmly at Ash.
"Maybe its because all the other girls are either taken, or they take one look at you and run away because your not exactly charming?" she replied in another sarcastic voice. she then shook her head and looked back at Doby. when she noticed Ash shivering slightly, she turned back to him.
"Whats wrong now?" she asked, looking at him, scanning his body.
"Oh, you have a scar on your arm.. how did you get that?" she asked.
"I was fighting for food. i caught a rabbit, some wolf took it off me, so we fought and.. well that scar is my prize, along with the rabbit ofcourse." Ash explained.

Doby smurked at Ash. He seemed quite nice. He looked over at Krystal. Then he smiled. He then looked at Ash. "Do you remember what the wolf looked like? I could get him for you.."

Ash turned back to Doby and nodded his head.
"Nahh you dont need to worry about him. i do know him but dont you worry, i taught him a lesson" he said with a smirk.
"Did you kill him?" Krystal asked with concern.
"Ofcourse not! I let him go.. i could have killed him.. but because of you, i didnt." he said in return. he looked at doby, and continued to speak.
"So, tell me about you?" he said, sitting down.

Doby stood there. Then he looked at Ash. "M-Me? Hm. Well I was abandoned over at that city." He pointed to Sorrid city. "My brother is Alpha Male of Leoni. He hates me and wants me dead. I barely made it out last time. His name is Night. Some call him Pure Darkness." Doby showed a scar on his neck, "Well I now have a beautiful girlfriend and that's it. I'm not getting detailed in my history. Though it's bad." He smurked.

Krystal looked at doby with a deep sorrowness in her eyes as he spoke. as doby finished, her ears perked up and her eyes lit up. Ash looked between the 2 of them, then focussed on Krystal.
"Very well, we wont speak of your history any moer Doby." he said.
"Krystal! In spite of your new mate, i have news aswell. i made my own den with my very own paws. its not too far from here. would you like to see? You too doby ofcourse!" he said excitedly.
Krystal nodded her head slightly.
"Ok, lets go see your home" she said calmly, happily.

Doby smurked. "Boy would I!" He quickly ran ahead, then stopped. "Lead the way Ash. Heheh."

Krystal giggled at doby's energy, and ash joined in not too lang after. Ash then nodded his head slightly and padded slowly out front. Krystal then followed the 2 wolves, thinking of how beautiful this moment was. he ears twitched as some birds tweeted and flew away and a few moments later Ash reached a small pile of leaves on the ground.
"ok, we are here, but i advise that you stay back." he said, stepping carefully around the leaves. he sniffed a tree then padded a few more steps away. he then took a stance where his back foot touched a sort of pressure pad. as this happened the leaves fell through a dark hole and Ash stepped inside.
"Here we are, den sweet den" he sang.

Doby quickly followed. He looked around and smurked. "Nice den Ash!" He sniffed around.

the sunlit into the den from the outside, and Krystal stepped in slowly after them.
"Yeah, its not much but i suppose i did make it on my own hm?" he said in a jerkish voice. Krystal whacked him gently with her tail, then sat down, looking around from near the doorway.
"Ash.. is this all that you have been doing? in the year that we separated?" she asked in a slow, oceanic voice.
Ash hated it when she used this voice, because it was the voice his human caregiver used right before she yelled at him for breaking the vase, or chewing the furniture. he nodded his head slightly, then looked back at doby.
"I'm really glad you found someone for you Krystal" he said, smiling.

Doby wagged his tail. "Haha! This place is awsome!" He ran out of it and slipped. "Whoa!" He the sniffed around. "What land are we on?" His head rose.

Ash giggled without thinking as doby slipped outside. he then twitched his ears as he asked the question. he took a few steps outside, and Krystal followed.
"Land? I'm not really sure.." he said. being raised in captivity really made him and krystal both a bit dumb when it came to other wolves. Krystal looked at doby, then back at ash.
"Wait.. dont wolves live in packs? And, each pack was supposed to have their own land, yes?" she said. she always was the smartest between the 2. its one of the many reasons why she was the human's favorite. as a memory, the human would ask 1 daily question to the wolves, so she wouldnt be as lonely as she really was. and the first one to bark was always krystal, but what the human didnt know was that krystal really was barking the right answer, the whole time.
Ash looked at doby and finally spoke.
"Are we on a pack's land?" he asked, thinking that hopefully doby would be able to smell any other wolves if they were on a pack's land.
