A silvery white wolf with a blue tinge to her fur padded along a rocky trail over the mountain. She had a starling feather entwined into the fur around her neck. Her mixed green, blue and purple eyes flicking left and right as she came to a sheer drop. She gazed over the horizon, searching for her brother whom she had lost months ago. Her feathery fur blew in the wind for a moment as she stood still, taking in the scenery. She turned on her haunches as she caught the scent of a rabbit and she sped off down the edge of the mountain in a zigzag pattern as she spotted its long ears protruding from a bush.

A husky looking wolf had padded out into the breezy field. His blue eyes seemed like diamonds in the bright, warm sun. He quietly made his way through the feathery grass that tickeled his feet. His eyes locked onto a rabbit nibbiling on some grass nearby. He lowered his body and slowly stalked through the grass, he then lifted his feet just enough off the ground so he could launch himself at it. He then jumped and flew right ontop of it where he quickly grabbed it, and snapped it's neck.

A dark gray wolfm with a black line on her, from her head to her neck, slowly padded through the plains. She quietly walked, almost as if she was a ghost. She moved swiftly towards the mountains. She put her first paw on the rocky surface. It was warm and rough. She began to walk onto the surface. Then her ears perked up to running footsteps. "Huh?" She hid behind a nearby rock, to see a female wolf. Her fur was silverish, with blue mixed in it. Arumi watched the wolf run towards another wolf, who had a rabbit in his mouth. Arumi ran towards the female. "So, your heading towards a rabbit, that's been claimed?"

The female stopped at the sudden appearance of another wolf who had suddenly stepped in and taken the rabbit. With a huff she sat back on her haunches, turning at the voice of another female. She replied, her voice silky and sweet sounding like honey. She was a naturally shy wolf but she would try her best to talk to strangers. "No, i was heading towards a rabbit that wasn't claimed. Until my chance was snatched away from me." She looked back to the husky looking wolf. "Still, it's free game anyway." A breeze ruffled her fur and moved her feather into the sunlight where it's colors shone brightly. "My name's Starling, and yours?"

Arumi stood up straight. Her fur slightly blew in the cold breeze. "I'm Arumi, nice to meet you." Arumi looked at the wolf with the rabbit. "That's too bad that you didn't get it, but there is tons more food here." Arumi darred towards the male with the rabbit, then she swiftly stole it from under his nose. She quickly ran back towards Starling and threw it to her. "Or you can steal it. Haha."

The male tilted his head "hey come on Arumi I caught it fair and square" he said complaining. "Anyway by the way my name's Raiza, nice to meet you Starling" he said with a warm smile. His eyes shifted back to Arumi "you know you could have asked for the rabbit I would've given it to you" he said looking at Starling.

Arumi laughed. "Yeah, you would share it after you cleaned it's bones!" Arumi put her arm around Raiza. "Besides, you aren't gonna starve, runt. There is TONS around here." Arumi looked at yet another rabbit. "There see? More to eat. Go get em."

Starling watched as Arumi stole from the other wolf. She turned to Arumi. "What runt? I'm an adult." Starling stood up before padding off down the mountainside. "Nice to meet you two anyway." If she was going to be judged by her petite appearance then she'd move on already.

Raiza followed Starling "what's wrong Starling? She wasn't talking to you I could never judge someone like you" he said catching up with her. He looked back at Arumi with eyes saying to apologize. He looked back at Starling "how about I catch you a rabbit to eat" he said smiling.

Arumi looked down. "Oh! No! I wasn't judging you! Sorry!" Arumi padded towards Starling. "I was judging Raiza, well..uh..hehe." Arumi smiled.

Starling paused as Raiza followed her. "It's fine, i can hunt myself..." She said with a sigh before pausing. Maybe they had seen her brother. "I don't suppose either of you have seen a black wolf wandering around? Blue tint to his fur, black feather, multi-coloured eyes, acts like a complete show off and doesn't stop talking?" Starling turned around. "Been looking for my brother for a while now..." A gust of wind blew through her fur and sent a small shiver down her back, making her curl her tail around her side. "Where are you two heading? I rarely see others up here."

Arumi tilted her head at Starling. "No, sorry. I've only seen so many show offs." Arumi looked at Raiza, then back at Starling. "Actually I'm not headed anywhere- well I WAS, but I forgot where I was going. Hehehe." Arumi chuckled. "What about you?"
OCC: Sorry Khaz, I must have put it wrong. That "runt thing" was to Raiza. Arumi calls Raiza Runt.

OOC: Cool. By the way, I might only get on about 3 times a week, my teachers have been giving me loads of homework and I've got dance, although I might get on, on the weekends. Just wanted to let you all know.  Alkai: She walks next to Atlas, her paws hurt from all the walking. She met Atlas a few days ago while walking in the woods, and they created a friendship. She sniffs the air, hoping to catch the scent of a near by pack. A smell comes to her nose and she grins and turns to Atlas. "I think I caught the scent of a near by pack, Atlas." She says in a happy, sing-song voice. Atlas: Turns his head to her and smiles. "Okay. Where are they." He said, he didn't want to get his hopes up though so he didn't sound too excited. Alkai: "It's just a little bit to the west. I'm guessing about..." she had to think for a minute. "... About 2 and 1/2 miles. Let's get moving, Atlas!" |
