Akkina padded into the city. Her eyes peered the city, scanning everything in her sight. She then noticed a trashcan full of items. She padded over to it, then began to dig through it. A 13 year old, human boy heard noises. He peered around the corner and noticed a brown dog. He stared at her. Then he padded towards her. "Hi there girl, are ya lost?"
Akkina darted around, to see a human boy. She stood there, terrified. "A-A Human.." She stood there, tail between her legs. "Don't be scared, I won't hurt you. Wow, what a beautiful dog you are.." Akkina tilted her head. "Dog?" The boy padded towards her slowly, holding out a loaf of bread. "Here, girl." Akkina sniffed, then padded towards the boy. She slowly ate the bread. The boy smiled warmly, then sat down. "I'm Jake. You must be lost." Akkina layed her head on the boy's leg, wagging her tail.

Cody fell out of the trash can. His ears picked up when he saw the boy, and he began to back away.

Akkina looked back and saw Cody. She ignored his fear. 'Your ok, I don't bite.' Akkina looked back at Cody. "Come on, get to know him."

Cody crept forward nervously. "what are we even doing in this city anyway?" he asked. "i don't like this place. to many hostile wolves and people." he gave the boy another unhappy glance.

Akkina looked at Cody. "I want to explore." Jake patted Akkina. Then he rose, staring at Cody. "C'mon boy, I don't bite." Akkina smurked.

Cody crept up to Akkina and the boy. ""at least Scar doesn't live here anymore..." cody glanced around nervously. "doesn't it bother you that this place is filled with wolves who will bite your tail off and where it as a trophy crawling all over the place?"

Akkina looked back. "Nope, I don't care. It's full of humans and this one seems nice." She licked the boy. 'Jake! Come on!' The boy quickly waved and ran off, to a yell. 'Bye now!' Akkina slowly paced after the boy. "Bye? Wait! I want to go!"

Cody had no choice but to follow Akkina. "oh well... if she gets us killed, i will never forgive her, which is probabley going to happen.

Akkina noticed a man with a big truck. The boy was heading towards it. 'Hey dad! I saw these really cute dogs!' The man smiled, helping The boy into the truck. Akkina whimpered. "He's leaving.." She howled. "Bye! Bye.." She layed down.

Tanichi or chi as he was known as watched the two from the shadows. He had been living in his human form since the fateful day that he had finally found his families murders. He remained on the outskirts of town mostly but traveled to town now and then cause it was the last place his family lived together. He brushed his long black bangs behind his ear as he watched the two close to his own age interact with the human boy. He leaned against the wall and spoke softly " He is right you know, its very dangerous here. There are many that would hurt you. but then it a toss of the dice cause some will want to help you cause of your youth. "

Akkina darted around to a voice. "What? You are a wolf.." Akkina looked down. "I know, but I can take care of myself. That's why we left our families. To live on our own! Who are you?" Akkina growled.

"I'm chi, left your families for here. That's to bad. But I guess your lucky to even have a family You'll have someone to go back to. I don't anymore. They were all killed right here in this town. I was the one unlucky enough to not be there when it happened. " He looked sad even after all this time he still felt the loss of his family like a knife threw his heart. "well if you plan on staying i wouldn't recommend that you go near the heart of the city most the gangs reside near there its their territory.
