toboe face fell and he sniffed. "um ok Tsume. " He wasn't as proud of his catch now and he had tried so hard. He guessed he never was gonna please Tsume. He turned away and curled up quietly.

Tsume layed back. He closed his eyes, thinking. *If Kiba is here, that makes us one step closer to paradise.* He opened one eye and looked at Toboe. *Though we still need to find Porky and I hate to say it, but Cheza. Mabey then we'll stay together.* Tsume rose and padded into the shadows.

*I hope Cheza is ok, I know the others can take care of themselves but she cannot. She could get hurt. * Toboe worried softly *Are you going to look for him, now* Toboe wondered if that meant that he was suppose to just stay here.

Tsume just kept walking. "Hey Toboe, why don't you find my coin? I dropped it somewhere.." Tsume looked straight. Then he padded off. He noticed the wolves that he saw before. He just walked passed them. 'Hey look, it's that young-yin with the mouth!' Tsume growled. "Young-yin? That's so old, what is this 1950?" The wolves surrounded Tsume.

Toboe started to look around for the coin. " Ok Tsume, I'll look for it. " He keep his nose to the ground and looked all over as Tsume left him there.

Tsume looked back, then growled, as the wolves surrounded him and began to attack him. "Mutts!" Tsume got afew bites in, but the wolves got more. Then they threw him to the ground, leaving him. 'See ya! HAHA!' Tsume layed there.

Toboe heard the commotion and hurried after Tsume. "Oh no Tsumeee, " He ran over to his side " Are you ok, Tsume?" He started to lick him and looked around for whoever attacked Tsume growling.

Tsume rose, almost stumbling over. "I...thought I told you..to find the coin.." Tsume limped ahead. He then leaned against a wall and sat down. "If it had been something important..you would have..forgotten it..just to help me!" Tsume growled.

Toboe frowned " but Tsume you are most important to me" Toboe stepped forward to let Tsume lean against him. "Maybe it wasn't wise to separate. Does it hurt ? You should rest and i'll go get some real food so you can heal up. We will not be able to find the others like this. " Toboe keep a eye out he bet this was them wolves they saw earlier and he was angry more angry then he ever felt before in his whole life. He wanted to rip them to shreds and didn't understand why cause he always was more calm then that.

*Important?* Tsume thought a bit. Tsume looked away. "I'm fine. I can walk like this." Tsume rose a bit. "I'm no person that is hurt from afew scratches.." Tsume limped. to a wall, before leaning on it.

Toboe moved forward. "I'm sure you can walk like that Tsume" Toboe said softly ". But you don't have to cause i'm here with you. Your not alone. you can lean on me and rest up a bit and save your strength in case they come back you wanna be back at full strength." Toboe tipped his head "besides I'll be more useful helping then following you and being useless. "

Tsume listened, then growled. "Your not useless.. just annoying.. your important I guess..not useless." Tsume rose on two feet. "Now let's find Kiba and the others.."

Toboe smiled and followed suit. He walked close to Tsume to give support but did not force him to take him up on the offer just made sure he was close enough if Tsume needed him. He was happy that Tsume said he wasn't useless it made him very happy. "We'll find them i know we will."

Tsume grumbled. "It's kind of hard to find wolves in a place like this." He looked around. "Exspecially these idiots!"

*sniff sniff*
"Great, not much edible." Hige commented in a low voice, mostly to himself. Behind him, he couldn't see. Since Blue was by his side, he restrained from commenting any further about the town. Sure, the cities were always dark, people were always scared, but this town had something else...it smelled like ashes.
He joined both hands behind his head and sighed, his collar tickling around his neck.
"I wonder where they went. It's always the same with Tsume, but it's the first one for Toboe. And besides, what's with Kiba and Cheza, disappearing all of a sudden?"
He sighed.
"Well, I'm sure Toboe's with Tsume," Blue said. "That way it should be easier to find them."
"You're right!" Hige answered. He usually (all right, always) agreed with Blue. It was then that he picked a scent. "Let's go that way!"
Blue grew excited. She new Hige had a good sense of smell, so he must've picked someone's scent.
Both of them hurried together.
